You’ve Tried Everything — Now It’s Time for Healing

If you feel like you’ve tried every method for healing your wounds — medicine, therapy, and maybe even coaching, you’re not alone. But there’s a reason why the methods you tried didn’t bring you the healing you desire.

Many modern practices are missing the power of ancient healing pathways that used to be well-known. While you may be putting the work in through counseling or therapy, there’s still unaddressed trauma. The Medicine Wheel Method can help you finally thrive in your life. It’s where ancient wisdom, science, and psychology meet — to help you heal, awaken, and remember who you are.

My Journey to Healing

This work — the Medicine Wheel Method — was born out of my own healing. Before I could guide anyone else, I had to find my own way home. For years, I carried pain that wasn’t mine — generational trauma, heartbreak, and the weight of expectations. I knew how to survive, but I didn’t know how to truly live.

I broke down. I fell apart. I wrestled with myself, with God, and with the silence.

And then, little by little, I started to remember who I was.

I leaned into the wisdom of my ancestors and teachers — my American Indian heritage, the elders who showed me the sacredness of the earth, and the whispers of God that kept calling me back.

I created the Medicine Wheel Method out of everything I learned — from my heritage, from indigenous elders, from modern psychology, and from walking through my own hell and back. It’s not a quick fix. It’s not a checklist. It’s a way home.

A way back to yourself — your whole, wild, worthy self.

This is my journey. And now it’s yours, too.

Welcome, Beautiful Soul

Life has a way of overwhelming us with noise, pressure, and pain. But healing doesn’t have to wait until everything is perfect. It begins the moment you pause, breathe, and take one step toward peace. This Healing Reset Checklist was created to give you a sacred space to reconnect with yourself and begin again. May it bring you clarity, calm, and courage.

7 Steps to Reclaim Your Peace

The Healing Reset Checklist

Breathe Deeply for One Full Minute

Center yourself in the present moment.

Speak One Loving Affirmation Over Yourself.

Example: 'I am safe. I am whole.

I am healing.'

Put It on Paper.

Identify and release one emotion you’ve been carrying.

Write it down.

Make the Shift

Journal one thought of gratitude to shift your perspective.

Move The Energy

Take a 10-minute walk, stretch, or moment of movement to re-ground your energy.

Say No to One Thing That Drains You Today.

Protect your peace.

Pray, Meditate, or Sit in Stillness

— even if just for five minutes — and invite peace to return.

Remind Yourself This Week

Every breath I take brings me closer to peace, healing, and purpose.

Healing Reflection Throughout The Week

What do I need to let go of today?

What am I inviting into my heart today?

Closing invitation

You’ve just taken a sacred step toward yourself.

These seven simple practices may seem small, but together they hold the power to shift your day — and your life. Come back to this checklist anytime you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or in need of peace.

You are worthy of rest. You are worthy of healing. And you don’t have to walk this path alone.
